Erika Arms BCND, CNHP, Medical Intuitive & Reiki Master is the owner of Journey To Health Chakra, LLC. She is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor, a Licensed Spiritual Healer, and a Certified Natural Health Professional. In addition, she is a Reiki Master and has been graciously given intuitive gifts of clairvoyance and medium-ship. Erika believes, and knows first-hand that healing begins with the Mind, Body, and Spirit.  "The body heals itself, given the right conditions."

Through life experiences and education, she will teach you the right conditions to heal. Erika is an author, and wrote the book "Handbook For The Recently Intuitive & Memoir."  With also having a Bachelor's in business; and after spending 24 years in corporate automotive, Erika knew there was a greater plan for her, so in the fall of 2015 she opened her center for your journey to greater health.  Erika Arms’ is a nature enthusiast and finds no greater gift than helping her clients improve their life naturally. Gratefully, she is also a mother of three, and has a wonderful supportive husband.
